Parisian heiress Chloe Joubert journeys to Shanghai after inheriting a Ming Dynasty plate worth millions. Teaming up with American PI, Tom Connelly, she has to locate the other five plates in the set to unlock a century-old mystery, but their quest quickly becomes a race against time to prevent a war and redeem shocking revelations about Chloe’s own family.

    Sarah Carter

    Sarah Carter is a writer, director, actor, filmmaker, musician and CEO of Cheshire Moon Productions. Her success as an actor inspired a quiet pursuit of the director's chair beginning with Judd Apatow and Seth Rogan inviting her into the writer’s room to develop her character on their comedy series 'Undeclared'. Since then, she has shadowed and worked with several top directors, including Spike Lee, Martin Donovan, and Larysa Kondraki most notably over the course of her 5 year run on Steven Spielberg's "Falling Skies".

    Her debut feature, “In Her Name”, premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in June 2022, winning an Audience Award. The film is set for distribution with Giant Pictures and Drafthouse as part of Tribeca Releases.

    Andrew Low

    Andrew Low is a writer, producer, investor and director of a number of healthcare, education and non-profit organizations. He started his working life as a financial adviser to companies in the media, entertainment, telecom and technology sectors, and led major M&A and capital raising across Australia, Asia and Europe. Andrew then spent 12 years based in Hong Kong where he headed an Asian finance business across 13 countries and later became International Head of Investment Banking for China’s largest securities firm. In his forties, Andrew pivoted to the arts and to storytelling. He is a director of the Bell Shakespeare Company, Australia’s premiere national touring theater company, the Australian Ballet Foundation UK and on the Chairman’s Council of the Australian Chamber Orchestra. Andrew lives between London, Sydney and Paris, and has a deep interest in the art world as well as writing. He has drawn on his deep experience in China, Paris and the visual arts in creating the Paris Shanghai story.
