New York | Italy | LA

We are heading into summer celebration mode with our first live screenings for In Her Name! The CMP family is all set to travel both to Queens, NY + The Amalfi Coast. We can also look forward to gathering our LA cast, crew, friends and family here in LA for red carpet festivities and to enjoy In Her Name together on the big screen mid-September.

It’s taken so much heart, courage, and community to give birth to these first two film babies, A Pity and In Her Name. Thank you again for all the support promoting and cheering us on on social media.

I hope you’re all wearing your crowns proud for believing in magic, trusting in the process, and working hard to offer hope and show the world there’s beauty in everything.

NYC Festival of Cinema

In Her Name was selected to screen at this year’s Festival of Cinema, and was nominated for BEST NARRATIVE FEATURE. The Festival of Cinema was designed to give a voice and a platform to emerging filmmakers and their otherwise unseen work, bringing a world-class event to Queens, New York.

Not Film Festival

In Her Name has been selected to screen at this year’s Nòt Film Fest. Not is a platform for indie filmmakers, nourished by a thriving community of peers, that strives to give visibility to the most innovative voices of today. Our mantra is Make Cinema Indie Again!

DTLA Film Festival

In Her Name has been invited to screen at this year’s Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival. Established in 2008, DTLAFF has screened more than 1,000 films, held more than 200 events, and partnered with more than 75 other profit and nonprofit businesses in DTLA. Their programming reflects downtown L.A.’s vibrant new urbanism, the unique ethnic and cultural diversity of its neighborhoods, and its burgeoning independent film community. We are honored to screen In Her Name with them.

What’s New with our Cast & Crew

As always, we love to hear from you! Most importantly, celebrate and share your accomplishments with the community — keep us posted and involved!

I’d like to celebrate and share the accomplishments of James Aaron Oliver. His performance in In Her Name is exceptional, but he is an incredible filmmaker in his own right. Check out his latest project, Lucy.

Lucy is about a lonely man who discovers an abandoned dog that gives him a new outlook on life.
